Ecstatic Dance is an embodied movement practice where we join together in the simple and courageous act of freeform dance, co-creating movement and community. It’s a substance-free, all-ages celebration where you can simply be yourself and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through music and dance. By engaging our senses and listening to our bodies, we connect to others and shape a consciousness that extends beyond our own. A Ecstatic Dance DJ set is often bookended by a short verbal ceremony, enabling dancers to dive deep into their own experience. The music follows waves of energy - beginning gently, rising in intensity and coming back down to a place of rest. Everyone is always welcome!

As both a Facilitator & resident DJ for Ecstatic Dance Atlanta, Scott regularly offers curated dance journeys for the Conscious Dance community in Atlanta, the surrounding regions, and beyond.

As an Atlanta-based, classically trained musician of 20 years, turntablist, and deep-music selector – Scott has had the privilege of opening for Techno giants: Paco Osuna, Tara Brooks, and Saeed Younan. Known for his successful collaborations with: Dimensions of Being, Rethink Techno, RiseOM Collective, Candela, Wildpitch Underground, and Motion Collectiv, Scott is creator of the bi-weekly techno podcast series & music label LUNAR EXPRESSIONS starting in 2019.

With over a decade of experience in the shamanic arts, Scott has developed a deep attunement to the subtle energy of ceremonial landscapes. Sound and music has the capacity to direct the flow of energy in group or individual healing experiences. Using his shamanic and musical training and his natural talent for sacred sound curation, Scott weaves ceremonial spaces with depth, beauty and care. His music holds a strong yet delicate container for transformational work to transpire. The music offers a vehicle to the depths of your soul, the farthest reaches of the cosmos, to the bottom of the oceans and the tops of the trees.
